How to Order your Portrait
To commission your portrait, just send me good quality, clear colour image(s) of your pet(s) either as an e-mail attachment or to my postal address. If you would like several animals together, don’t worry if they are all on separate photos. Any pictures sent via the post will be returned.
If you live within 20 miles of Exeter, Devon, I will gladly travel to you to take a series of photographs.
Completion of your portrait will take approximately 4 - 6 weeks dependent upon demand at the time. However, shorter deadlines can sometimes be met if required, eg. Special Occasions. Please contact me to discuss. So as not to be disappointed for Christmas, please get your details to me as early as possible .
A 25% deposit is required for portraits when your order is placed, this is fully refundable in the event that you are not completely satisfied with the finished portrait. For Birthday and Christmas Cards, payment in full is required with the order - details below
As soon as the picture is ready, I will e-mail you a photo of the portrait or upload it to my website for your approval before final payment and dispatch. If you are satisfied, final payment will then be due prior to despatch/delivery.
All orders are painstakingly packed flat to avoid damage and sent via guaranteed delivery from the Post Office or by courier. If you are close, perhaps you would like to collect.
How to Pay
Payment can be made by cheque or bankers draft, payable to S J Rimmer, or through PayPal.
